Michelle Andrews is the owner and founder of Glow Longevity Spa and Glow Intelligent Skincare Line.

With more than 30 years of experience in medical aesthetics and skin science, Michelle is internationally recognized as a leading authority in cellular rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics, and longevity-based skincare. She is the founder of Glow Longevity Spa in Amsterdam and the creator of Glow Intelligent Skincare, a global brand pioneering the intersection of biotechnology, neurocosmetics, and epigenetic recoding for long-term skin health.

Holding a Level 5 Medical Aesthetics Degree and more than 15 specialized medical aesthetic certifications from institutions across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, Michelle’s expertise bridges clinical precision with biological intelligence. Her work examines the relationship between cellular energy metabolism, neurocutaneous communication, mitochondrial performance, and the epigenetic drivers of skin aging, translating advanced research into high-performance treatment systems.

But Michelle’s deeper mission began long before Glow Longevity Spa or her global presence in the industry — it began with her mother.

In 2011, Michelle’s mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. During treatment, her skin became extremely fragile, reacting painfully to even the mildest skincare products. Watching her mother struggle with burning, inflammation, and barrier trauma, Michelle made a promise: to create skincare formulas so safe, so intelligent, and so biologically harmonious that even the most compromised skin could tolerate them.

She partnered with an organic laboratory and began developing the first formulations of what would become Glow Intelligent Skincare — products designed to support, not overwhelm, the skin during its most vulnerable states. Her mother, and others undergoing similar treatments, were able to use these formulas without irritation or discomfort.

This personal mission became the foundation of the brand’s core belief:

In 2017, Michelle’s mother lost her battle with cancer. Her passing became a defining moment — a promise carried forward. Today, her memory lives on through every Glow Intelligent Skincare product and through the clients who experience healing, comfort, and transformation in their own skin journeys. What began as a daughter’s act of love is now a global skincare line, trusted across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

At Glow Longevity Spa, Michelle’s philosophy goes far beyond aesthetics. Her treatments focus on retraining the skin and body toward balance, resilience, and optimized cellular function, influencing the body’s own signaling systems to enhance regeneration, restore mitochondrial vitality, and promote long-term skin longevity.

Alongside her clinical work, Michelle trains and mentors medical aesthetic doctors throughout Europe and collaborates with physicians on complex dermatological and regenerative cases, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based longevity aesthetics.
